Do I have to worry about losing my bf to a mexican girl?

He recently moved into an a apt in a crappy neighborhood in Chicago for some reason. All because he wouldnt take money from his parents or my parents. Hes like I want to be independent. Well anyways there is this mexican girl that lives across the hall from him. She is like 20 and she thinks she's so fricken hot. But anyone can tell she is a tramp. Well she is always flirting with him and stuff like that. Then the other day her mom and her were lugging a 5 gal jug of water from walmart. They prolly purposely looked patheic so my bf would help them carry it home. Then my bf is a runner and he goes running around the same time after work every day. Well I got to his apt a little early and was waiting in my car because I refuse to walk in that apt with those black and mexican people always staring at me. Then I saw this girl walk out and look both ways then she went back in. Then came out again and when she saw him coming back she started to act like she had just gotten back
