Does anyone there who was a cancer survivor ever experience arm and neck pains after a year?

my chemo arm muscles hurts a lot that it shots up to my head. i also developed neck pains. Is this normal? I saw a doctor who gave me 3 pain relievers but it did not help. I was advised to have PT 3 times a week too. But the pain on my arm is still there. please help me I am getting overdosed with pain relievers already and my body does not respond to it.
