Me and my wife separated 8 months ago, no legal seperation papers filed with the courts but status changed with ODSP which we both are on. We have a house together with my mother as the primary on the mortgage. I want to sell the house but she wont sign off. Financially I cant affors the property she has not contributed in any way finacially since she left. What can I do? Please only answer if you are 100% sure of the legality in your answer, thank you very much in advance!!!
