Haha definately 3!!!! My dog is part beagle... and she wants to stop ever 2 feet to sniff something! She walks with her nose to the ground like she is tracking... it is funny. So yes, sometimes, when it is approaching -20 with the windchill (it'll be like that tomorrow again!) I might hurry her along a little bit! =)
