No money, no food, no job noplace to live in Boulder. What now?

I have no job, been looking although its tough to find one these days. I now have nowhere to live and no food and no money. What can I do? Is there some sort of program that would allow me to work for food/shelter? Not looking for a handout, just an answer for my problem.
