Egg follicles not as big as doc looking for?

I am currently taking Clomid 50mg and went in today for an ultrasound to see if my egg follicles were big enough. She was looking for them to be the size of a ping-pong ball but the biggest one was maybe half that size and there were about 4-5 in each ovary. My question is since they aren't the size she was looking for is it possible that I could still become pregnant?
