Where are these TEETH?

my son was exactly the same at 2 months and he didn't get his first tooth until he was just over six months. unfortunately teething doesn't mean the teeth are nearly through and it can go on for months before an actual tooth breaks the surface. things my son had was really hard gums about a week before the teeth.
