I need someone to talk to...?

I fell so alone right now, I have to let it all out. If not, I'm gonna start hurting myself, I know it. If anyone has free time and can help me, please out your AIM or Yahoo SN on here. I just feel the need to vent and I'd like feedback or something...I just feel really sucky.
