Ladys any ideas about whats going on with me?

I've been feeling sick and moody for the past 2 weeks. I usually get this before my period, only its like 3 times worse. (the moodiness). I've had cramps and headaches, backaches, tiredness, and for 3 nights straigh I couldn't sleep, maybe thats why I'm cranky right now. I've had a tightening in my lower tummy, by my uterus. Also a tugging and/or a slight pain near my belly on and cramps on my left side, which I never have there. I have had unprotected of course, but my boyfriend has had a vasectomy for over 17 years, and no I do not cheat on him. Unless God healed him so we could have children or his body decided to heal itself after all these years. I don't know maybe its all in my head. but about 2 weeks ago I was sick and my sis and mom think I'm preg cause its the same things that my sister is going through right now in her 3rd pregnancy. Maybe I'm just needing to vent and talk, but it doesn't feel like pms to me. Its different somehow. I know I sound silly.
