Am i being watched by the dead?

i'm a strong believer in ghosts and angels. I've had a few spooky and nice experiences in the past but this time it's not the same things aren't happening! It's just a frightened feeling i get around the house not always the same room or at the same time every day and not always every day some times two or three times. can anyone shed any light on this?
