Any advice for a high school student teacher?

Well, I like my teachers to be sort of personal. Like know your names, not just by calling you by a number. Maybe you could be kind of relaxed and have a little jokes here and there. Or explain your situation. Be familiar to them. If a kid tries to mess with you, give them a good comeback(like a 'diss', but not too harsh) and more people will have respect for you. Good luck anyways. Most students don't usually focus their whole attention on the teacher, they mostly daydream or do their own thing, so yeah.
