Cheap, cute clothes for my style?

I love light, flowy, beachy clothes. I love Ariana Grande's style both on and off of Victorious. I also like Lauren Conrad's clothes. Basically laid-back, comfortable, cute, beachy clothes! I need some good stores that have super cheap clothing as I am saving and am currently not making that much money...does anyone know of good stores? Also, any tips for dressing fashionably with my style and on a low budget would be very nice. Thanks!
