I got arrested yesterday?

Here's the story. last week my retarded nephew was riding his bike on the wrong side of the road, causing a accident. he was injured with a broken arm, the officer told his mother (my sister-in law) that he caused the accident. 1 week later, my nephew was requested to appear in juvenile court. Since my sister-in law is to lazy to take him to the court house, she wanted me to take him.so anyways at the courthouse, the judge found my nephew guilty. i got into a dispute with the Judge by calling him "retarded". he sentenced us both to write essay detailing what exactly what we did was illegal.my nephew turned his in, but i thought the judge was kidding. when night came, i was watching South Park. then i hear a knock at my door, i open the door and its a police officer. he tells me that i failed to turn in a essay .he then handcuffs me and takes me down to the police department and books me.when morning came my sister-in law bails me out, and i I'm to appear at the courthouse next Thursday.what can i be convicted of. I'm afraid i might get a criminal record.
