My youtube/megavideo videos are shortened?

I had the problem. I solved it by using extra-video-converter from Extra Software Inc, which I downloaded for a fee to convert .vob to .avi format. The reason it appears that the pictures were removed from the converted format (.avi) is probably that your media player does not handle it. It will work if you use vlc media player which you can download. Once converted to .avi it will work on youtube just like what you see using vlc - no shortening.
