A question about Taylor Swift & Paramore online store?

So I'm considering on purchasing some merch from those two online stores. I live in Malaysia. Can I put the address my SCHOOL ADDRESS so they would send the items straight to my school? Also, once the items arrived at your doorstep would they require you to sign or something? because this is my first time to purchase from online store. Just curious. thanks!
