Someone help with this please?

Okay so its sorta like this vague memory its this blond (almost bleached blond like draco from harry potter) then its really realy short kinda like a pixie cut. Uhh okay I think this person is from a tv show for some reason I think its like from sabrina or boy meets world..it could even be gilmore girls...I think You guys need more details right...uhhh I think shes kinda stuck up If Im remembering right...She doesn't have to be from the shows I said thats just the shows I watched the most but It could be from friends or some entirely different show..any suggestion is most appreciated.THANK YOU^-^
