What would you do in this situation?

i've been seeing a girl for about 2 months now, it started off fine we were seeing each other all the time , but over the last couple of weeks i've hardly seen her at all , we both work strange hours so its not easy to see her all the time, she text me saying she thought things might not work out but agreed to meet her and her workmates at a club later, i had to stay late at work and missed it! i text her to explain but she's not replied yet what should i do? i'm quite a shy person really so relationships are'nt my forte so to speek! , any advice would be greatly appreciated :-)
