First symptom came back?

monday i woke up sick. sore throat, violont cough. the sceond day i threw up phlegm. third day my head got congested. now its saturday and i have my first sympton again, the sore throat? should i see a doc or is it just a bad cold. no one else in the house has gotten sick, usually by now it would have spread through the house.
