I live in Lompoc and plan on opening a licensed Daycare/ Preschool but I'm not sure how much to charge?

I formerly taught Kindergarten for seven years, so I'm experienced with children but not the business of running a daycare. What's everyone else doing? Hourly, weekly, part time, full time, rates, Holidays paid or not. Someone please help!
