Is there any way to refute a traffic citation if you believe it was identity theft?

Contact the former friend and tell you know what she did ( as if you have proof - she won't know that you don't) Then tell her she must get this cleared up within 24 hours or you will file charges against her and she will be arrested. Sound convincing. Good luck.
